We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed dental practice. This opportunity is available on a permanent basis, offering 3–4 days per week with excellent earning potential. This role is ideal for a Dentist, Associate Dentist or General Dentist seeking to work in a mixed setting with strong opportunities to develop and grow private income. You will need to be registered with the GDC as a Dentist, have an NHS performer number, have UK work experience, and have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Working as an Associate Dentist offers you:

Required Skills & Experience for this Associate Dentist:

  • Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist
  • Valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
  • Proven UK experience in private dentistry
  • Confident delivering a range of private treatments
  • Interest in cosmetic, orthodontic and restorative dentistry
  • Excellent communication and patient-focused approach
  • Commitment to high clinical standards and patient care

As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering high-quality private dental treatments
  • Providing general and preventative dentistry including check-ups, fillings, root canal treatments and gum care
  • Treating both adults and children, supporting long-term oral health
  • Delivering cosmetic treatments including teeth whitening, veneers and composite bonding
  • Offering restorative treatments such as crowns, bridges and dental implants
  • Building and maintaining a strong private patient list
  • Managing and maintaining a consistent clinical diary
  • Providing excellent patient care and communication
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
  • Working collaboratively with dental nurses and wider practice staff
  • Adhering to CQC standards and clinical governance
