Flourish Medical is seeking an experienced Dental Therapist to join a modern, well-equipped dental practice in Northampton on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist seeking regular sessions within a highly supportive practice environment, with strong long-term potential to develop a private patient base alongside established NHS demand.
The practice treats a mix of NHS and private patients, with the majority of the workload focused on NHS therapy services initially. There is excellent opportunity over time to grow the private side of the role through Direct Access and ongoing patient development.
