An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join a leading dental practice in North Leicestershire, working alongside specialist dentists and experienced Treatment Coordinators. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, personable, and passionate about helping patients find the right solutions for their cosmetic dentistry needs. You’ll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, discussing options, and supporting them in making informed decisions.

Sales Executive position will benefit from:
- Up to £35,000 per annum basic salary
- Realistic OTE up to £75,000 per annum

Key duties performed by this Sales Executive will be:
- Liaising with patients to understand their goals and treatment needs
- Presenting and explaining cosmetic dentistry options in a clear, supportive manner
- Working closely with specialist dentists and Treatment Coordinators
- Handling patient enquiries and overcoming objections with confidence and empathy
- Supporting patients through their decision-making process
- Delivering an exceptional patient experience from consultation through to conversion
Key skills and experience required for this Sales Executive:
- A confident, engaging, and personable communicator
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills

This role is based in North Leicestershire easily commutable from Shepshed, Quorn, Melton Mowbray, Ruddington, as well as the wider Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire area.
