We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join Newport Dental Practice, a well-established mixed NHS and Private dental practice. This opportunity is available on a permanent basis, offering 2 days per week with excellent private earning potential and flexibility to suit your commitments.
This role is suitable for an Associate Dentist, NHS Dentist, Private Dentist, Mixed Dentist or General Dentist seeking a stable, supportive practice with opportunities to grow both NHS and private income. You will need to be registered with the GDC as a Dentist, hold an active NHS performer number, have UK work experience, and have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Working with Newport Dental Practice as an Associate Dentist offers you:
- 2 days per week (flexible to suit your schedule)

As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering high-quality NHS dental treatments alongside private care
- Building and developing a private patient list, including practice plan patients
- Managing and maintaining a consistent clinical diary
- Providing excellent patient care and communication
- Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
- Working collaboratively with dental nurses and wider practice staff
- Adhering to NHS guidelines, CQC standards and clinical governance
Practice hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm, offering a structured working day with flexibility to support childcare and personal commitments.
