Salary: £32,000 p/a (including 5 contractual sleeps per month)

Hours: Average 37.5 hours p/w (163 hours p/m) FTE pro rata for part time

Your Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers
  • Provide a stable, safe, and nurturing environment for children
  • Plan and support engaging, therapeutic activities to build confidence, resilience, and life skills
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by managing shifts, delegating tasks, and supporting new starters
  • Role-model positive behaviour and support children to achieve their potential
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of daily observations and progress

What You Need:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare or working with challenging behaviours
  • Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Resilience and confidence in supporting both children and staff
  • Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points
