Your Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers
- Provide a stable, safe, and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and support engaging, therapeutic activities to build confidence, resilience, and life skills
- Ensure smooth daily operations by managing shifts, delegating tasks, and supporting new starters
- Role-model positive behaviour and support children to achieve their potential
- Maintain clear and accurate records of daily observations and progress
What You Need:
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare or working with challenging behaviours
- Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma (or equivalent)
- Resilience and confidence in supporting both children and staff
- Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points
