Are you a dedicated Nursery Practitioner looking for a long-term role in a supportive Pre School environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ school in Evesham. Working in a nurturing EYFS setting, you will play a key role in supporting young learners' development. If you have a Level 3 Early Years Certificate and Paediatric First Aid Training, we want to hear from you!

Job Role:

  • Support the Pre School team in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Work with children aged 3-5 in an EYFS environment, fostering their social and cognitive development.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, adhering to safeguarding policies.
  • Collaborate with teachers and fellow TA staff to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and support their transition into school.
  • Work 10:00 – 18:00, 5 days per week, in a long-term role until the end of the academic year.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous UK Pre School or Nursery experience is essential.
  • Level 3 Early Years Certificate qualification.
  • Paediatric First Aid Training is a must.
  • Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum and best practices.
  • Ability to work as a TA and support children’s learning and development.
  • Passionate about early years education and providing a stimulating environment.

Working as a Nursery Practitioner for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
