We are recruiting for an MFL Teacher to join a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Worcester. The school has a strong focus on academic achievement, personal development, and providing students with a broad and engaging curriculum. Job Role

  • Full class teaching responsibilities for French and/or Spanish including planning and marking
  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet National Curriculum objectives
  • Support pupils’ progress across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Maintain excellent behaviour management within the classroom
  • Work collaboratively with the Secondary School’s MFL department and wider team
  • Track and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback

Required Skills and Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) with secondary teaching experience
  • Experience teaching French and/or Spanish within a Secondary School setting
  • Thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum for MFL
  • Proven track record of delivering strong classroom management
  • Excellent subject knowledge and clear, confident communication

Benefits

  • £168 to £232 per day which equates to £32,760 to £45,240 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience
