Flourish Education is recruiting a reliable and engaging Cover Supervisor to work on either a long-term or day-to-day basis within a welcoming Secondary School in Worcester and the surrounding areas, including Droitwich Spa, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster and Redditch. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors or education professionals who enjoy maintaining continuity of learning. You’ll be supported with clear lesson plans and a strong behaviour framework, while still having the flexibility to choose when and how often you work – supporting an excellent work life balance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise classes across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in the absence of the class teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students remain on task
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Support pupils with their learning and engagement during lessons
- Always follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff within the Secondary School
- Work confidently across a range of subjects as a Cover Supervisor
