Flourish Education are recruiting for an Art Teacher to join a welcoming and successful secondary school in Worcester. Our partner school is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Art Teacher to deliver inspiring lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a diverse and inclusive school setting, encouraging creativity and artistic development.
The successful candidate will take on full teaching responsibilities, including:
- Planning and delivering lessons
- Assessing and marking student work
- Attending parents' evenings
- Completing report writing for KS3 and KS4 students
This is a part-time position, starting in September and continuing until Easter.
Required Skills and Experience as an Art Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching Art within a Secondary School
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment requirements
- Proven ability with good behaviour management
- Good commitment to providing a positive classroom culture
