We are recruiting a Primary School Teacher to work in a Primary School based in Bilston starting in the New Year. The school is rated ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted, is seeking a dynamic Year 5 Teacher to lead an enthusiastic class in a school that values creativity, high-quality learning, and a strong sense of community. Job Role:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across Key Stage 2 (KS2) following the National Curriculum
- Take full responsibility for your class, including behaviour management and pastoral care
- Mark and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback to support learning
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to school reports
- Work collaboratively with other Primary Teachers and support staff
- Participate in school events and activities as a committed Class Teacher
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working as a Primary Teacher, Year 5 Teacher, or Class Teacher
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
- £168.80 to £232.57 per day, equating to £32,916 to £45,352 per annum based on 5 days a week for a full school year
