Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Primary Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis to work in Willenhall, Wolverhampton. We are looking to appoint a dedicated Year 4 Teacher with a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum who can plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess pupils’ progress and support them in achieving their full potential. This role involves full class teaching responsibilities including planning, preparing resources, marking and assessment. PPA time will be provided. This Primary Teacher role is to start ASAP and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year. The position is full time.

Required Skills and Experience for this Year 4 Teacher role:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience teaching in KS2 (preferably Year 4)
  • Commitment to the role
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons
  • Marking and assessment experience
  • A proven ability to raise attainment
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Experience working effectively alongside teaching assistants

Working for Flourish Education as a Primary Teacher you will receive:

  • £168.80 to £232.57 per day (£32,916 to £45,351 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full academic year)
