We are currently recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a one-form entry, “GOOD” Ofsted-rated primary school in Wolverhampton.
This role involves providing 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil with ADHD and behaviours that may challenge.
The school is seeking a confident and experienced Teaching Assistant who can build positive relationships, implement effective behaviour strategies, and deliver consistent, tailored support to meet the child’s individual needs.
The position is part‑time, starting September 2026 and continuing until December 2026, working Monday‑Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
- Required Skills and Experience
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Have good knowledge and experience of working with SEND.
- Have experience working in nurseries or primary schools as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
- Hold a DBS on the update service or have one issued within the last 12 months.
- Provide a minimum of two excellent references.
- Have recent UK school experience.
