Are you a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity in an OUTSTANDING nursery school in Wolverhampton? We are searching for a qualified teaching assistant, or nursery practitioner for a long-term role, who can fit into a warm and welcoming team from this new term. This role offers a supportive and inspiring environment where you can make a real difference. With flexible working arrangements and great benefits, this position is ideal for someone passionate about EYFS and creating a positive impact in a nursery school setting.

This role is to start as soon as possible, until the end of the summer term, with potential to extend into the new academic year. This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, with the nursery hours of 08:15 – 15:45. Successful candidates will be required to support a class of 12 children throughout the day in creative learning and activities, to help aid their growth and development.

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards.
  • Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment in the nursery school.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding educational experience.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A Level 3 early years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in UK schools, specifically within EYFS or nursery settings.
  • Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working with children aged 2–4 years old in a nursery or similar setting.
  • A creative and energetic approach to learning, with the ability to plan and lead engaging group activities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and the ability to implement it in daily activities.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
