About the role
A friendly and supportive one-form entry Primary School in Bloxwich is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team from May through to the end of the academic year in July. This is a part-time HLTA position, covering classes across KS1 and KS2, offering valuable experience across all primary age groups. Responsibilities
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2 in the absence of the class teacher
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment

- Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs
- Working closely with teaching staff to ensure consistency and continuity across classes
