Are you an enthusiastic Food & Nutrition Teacher passionate about inspiring students to develop lifelong cooking skills and nutritional knowledge? Flourish Education is recruiting for a Food & Nutrition Teacher to join a high‑performing Secondary Grammar School in Stratford‑upon‑Avon on a full‑time maternity cover basis starting in September 2026 and continuing until March 2027. For the right candidate, an earlier start date during the Summer term may also be considered.

Job Role
  • Deliver engaging Food & Nutrition lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Prepare students for GCSE Food & Nutrition examinations
  • Plan and deliver practical and theory‑based lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement within the classroom
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with departmental staff and the wider school team
