Flourish Education is working with a welcoming Primary School in Wednesbury, seeking a dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 child with complex needs.
This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September and continuing until July 2027.
You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider SEN team to implement tailored support strategies, help with emotional regulation, and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment within the SEN hub and classroom activities.
