Are you an experienced and compassionate SEND Teacher looking for a new opportunity? A welcoming and supportive Primary School in Warwick is seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September until Christmas term initially, with the potential for the role to continue. This role is ideal for an experienced SEND Teacher who can confidently plan and deliver engaging, personalised learning for pupils with a range of complex needs. You will be teaching a small class of eight Key Stage Two pupils, providing tailored support to help each child achieve their individual learning and developmental goals. Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering personalised lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with complex SEND.
- Teaching and supporting a class of eight KS2 pupils.
- Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapting learning activities and resources to ensure accessibility for all pupils.
- Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress against individual targets.
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SENDCOs, parents, and external agencies.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Experience working with children with complex needs.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- £168.80 to £232.57 per day, which equates to £32,916 to £45,352 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience.
