Flourish Education are recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher with an opportunity at a GOOD-rated Primary School in Bloxwich, starting in the New Year. Job Role
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Maintain excellent behaviour management at all times
- Work collaboratively with the KS1 team and wider Primary School staff
- Track pupil progress and provide effective feedback to pupils and parents
- Uphold all safeguarding and pastoral responsibilities expected of a Class Teacher
Required Skills and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience as a Year 3 Teacher, Primary Teacher, KS2 Teacher, Class Teacher
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) and awareness of Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships across a busy Primary School
