We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to join our team to work in various primary schools in Walsall on a day-to-day supply basis. Working as a Supply Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education allows you to work where and when you want, giving you the flexibility to fit work around your lifestyle. The Role:
- Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of pre-planned lessons
- Working with individuals and small groups to support learning
- Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils with behaviour and emotional needs
- Assisting with classroom organisation and activities
To Apply for this Teaching Assistant Role, You Will Need:
- Experience working in a Primary School (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
- Experience supporting children with learning and behaviour
- A strong school reference from your most recent employer
- A positive, flexible and reliable approach

Location
