Job Role

  • Delivering pre-set cover work to primary classes
  • Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Working in a Primary School setting on a day-to-day or short-term basis
  • Teaching in roles suited to your preferences: full time, part time or flexible cover

Required Skills and Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Experience teaching in a Primary School across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Ability to deliver cover work effectively and independently
  • Adaptable and confident working in different schools and age groups
  • Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities
