Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 2 teaching position? Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 3 class at a two‑form entry Primary School based in Telford. Our client is looking to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work on a part‑time, long‑term basis starting in September 2026 until December 2026, with the potential for this to be extended.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Plan, assess, and mark pupils’ work in line with the school’s policy
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons
  • Work alongside the Teaching Assistant and other class teachers

ECTs are encouraged to apply, as well as experienced teachers. Our client has the capacity to support your ECT years. Your working days will be Wednesday - Friday, 8:15am – 4:30pm.

Required skills and experience for this Primary Teacher role:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Confidence in leading a classroom of children
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
  • The ability to work effectively with a Teaching Assistant
