Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 2 position? Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 6 class in a two-form entry primary school based in Tamworth. Our client is seeking to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work on a full-time, long-term basis starting September 2026 until December 2026.

You will be expected, but not limited, to:

  • Plan, assess, and mark students’ work in line with the school’s policies
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons
  • Work alongside a Teaching Assistant

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply, as well as experienced teachers. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 4:30pm.

Required skills and experience for this Primary Teacher role:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Confidence in leading a classroom
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a Teaching Assistant
