Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 2 teaching position? Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 4 class at a two-form-entry primary school in Tamworth. Our client is seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work on a full-time, long-term basis, starting in September 2026 and continuing until December 2026, with the potential for the role to be extended.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Plan, assess, and mark pupils' work in line with the school's policies.
- Deliver engaging, creative, and inspiring lessons that support pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with the Teaching Assistant and other class teachers to provide high-quality learning experiences.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
ECTs are encouraged to apply, as well as experienced teachers. Our client has the capacity to support Early Career Teachers through their induction years. This is a full-time position, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 4:30pm.
Required Skills and Experience for this Primary Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Confidence in leading and managing a classroom.
- Strong behaviour management and classroom management skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, including alongside Teaching Assistants and colleagues.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
