Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 1 position? Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 2 class at a one-form-entry primary school based in Tamworth. Our client is seeking to recruit a Key Stage 1 Teacher to work on a part-time, long-term basis from September 2026 until December 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, assess, and mark pupils' work in line with the school's policies.
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons.
  • Work alongside a Teaching Assistant.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced teachers, are encouraged to apply. Working hours are Thursdays and Fridays, 8:15am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Confidence in leading a classroom
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
  • The ability to work effectively with a Teaching Assistant
