Are you a dedicated Primary School Teacher looking for flexible work with excellent work-life balance? Flourish Education is seeking passionate Supply Teachers to join our team for day-to-day assignments in local Primary Schools.

You will have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, with positions available across various schools.

Job Role

  • Provide high-quality teaching to Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) students in various First and Primary Schools

  • Deliver lessons that follow the National Curriculum, ensuring high standards of education

  • Teach a variety of subjects, including Reception and EYFS classes, as required

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning environment

  • Ensure all students are engaged and supported during lessons

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status

  • Experience teaching in Primary Schools, with a focus on KS1, KS2, Reception, or EYFS

  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and teaching strategies

  • Ability to adapt to different school environments and effectively manage classroom behaviour

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching

  • £120 – £150 day rate, which equates to £23,400 to £29,250 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

This position is based in Redditch, easily commutable from nearby areas such as Bromsgrove, Redditch, Alcester, Studley, Worcester, and Solihull.
