Flourish Education is working with a welcoming one-form-entry primary school in Stratford-upon-Avon who are looking for a confident and experienced Year 4 Class Teacher to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher who is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and helping pupils reach their full potential. You will take full responsibility for your class, including planning, preparation, assessment and marking, while working as part of a supportive and collaborative school team.

As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and purposeful lessons in line with the Lower KS2 National Curriculum.
• Create a positive classroom environment where pupils feel supported, motivated and encouraged to succeed.
• Mark and assess pupils' work, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
• Monitor and track pupil attainment, adapting your teaching to meet a range of individual needs.
• Differentiate lessons effectively to ensure all pupils are appropriately challenged and supported.
• Manage behaviour confidently and consistently in line with school policies.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leaders to provide the best possible learning experience for pupils.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and carers and communicate effectively regarding progress and wellbeing.

To be successful in this Year 4 Teacher role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally within Lower KS2.
• A strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and assessment expectations.
• The ability to plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• A proactive, organised and professional approach.
