Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 2 position? Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 3 class in a one-form-entry primary school based in Stratford-on-Avon. Our client is seeking to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work on a part-time, long-term basis, starting in September 2026 until March 2027. The working days will be Tuesday to Thursday, from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- You will be expected to plan, assess, and mark pupils' work in line with the school's policies.
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons.
- Work alongside a Teaching Assistant on the days you are working.
Requirements
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Confidence in leading a classroom
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- Ability to work effectively with a Teaching Assistant
Benefits
- Pay: £130 day rate to £180 day rate, which equates to £25,350 per annum to £35,100 per annum, based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience)
