Are you an experienced Year 1 Teacher looking for a new challenge in an Ofsted-rated "GOOD" Primary School in Stratford-upon-Avon? This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Year 1 Teacher with strong behaviour management skills to make a real difference in the class. This Year 1 Class Teacher role is due to start as soon as possible and continue until the end of the academic year.

Full class teaching responsibilities include:

  • Planning, preparation, and marking.
  • Delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for KS1.
  • Promoting excellent behaviour management and fostering a positive classroom environment.
  • Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback to support learning.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the educational experience of all students.
  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures are always followed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience teaching in a Primary School setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and relevant KS1 frameworks.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
