Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary school in the Henley-in-Arden area to join their support staff team on a long-term basis. We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join the school in September. This is a full-time, long-term position for the entire academic year, with working hours of 8:30 am–3:30 pm.
Our client is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across EYFS and KS1. The role involves providing tailored support to help pupils meet their individual learning, social, and emotional needs, enabling them to engage fully in the classroom and achieve their potential.

This Teaching Assistant position is based in Henley-In-Arden and is easily accessible from Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and Redditch by car, bus, or train. The school also offers on-site parking for staff.
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Previous UK school experience is essential.
- Experience supporting children within EYFS, Reception or Key Stage 1 (KS1).
- Good knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Experience delivering interventions and supporting pupils with their learning.
- A caring, proactive and reliable approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for supporting children within a Primary School environment.
- Support as a Teaching Assistant and TA.
Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant, you will receive:
- £92.59 to £100 day rate, which equates to £18,049 per annum to £19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience
