Supply Teacher in Stratford-upon-Avon

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Supply Teacher to join our team, to work in various primary schools across Stratford-upon-Avon on a day-to-day supply basis. As this is a day-to-day supply teacher role you will not be expected to plan lessons however you will be expected to:

• Create a positive learning environment
• Work alongside the teaching assistant
• Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
• Deliver pre planned lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class

To apply for this Supply Teacher role, you will need:

• Experience in teaching in either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Career Teacher (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
• A strong school reference from your recent employer
