This role would suit an experienced Year 3 Teacher who is confident in planning and delivering fun, engaging lessons and creating a positive classroom environment. You’ll be passionate about helping children learn and grow and be able to support pupils as they progress through this important stage of their education.

As a Year 3 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Taking responsibility for teaching a Year 3 class from Wednesday to Friday each week.
- Working collaboratively with the class teacher to ensure effective continuity of learning.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progress.
- Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Working closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to support pupil development.
- Attending relevant staff meetings and contributing to the wider school community.
- Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing, social development, and academic progress.
To be successful in this Year 3 Teacher role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience teaching within Key Stage Two.
- A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A patient, flexible, and professional approach.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
