Working as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for Flourish Education you will be expected to:
- Deliver exciting lessons to match the school’s teaching and learning strategies
- Work alongside support staff to ensure that the needs of all pupils are met
- Provide feedback to pupils in line with the school’s policy
- Communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents
- Set clear expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom
We can offer you a variety of work in various schools, teaching across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), giving you valuable and a wide range of experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lessons that align with the school's teaching and learning strategies
- Collaborate with support staff to meet all pupils’ needs
- Provide feedback in line with school policy
- Communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents
- Set clear expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom
Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching either EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
- Commitment to the role
- A strong school reference from your recent employer/school placement

- Competitive salary of up to £145 per day (up to £95 per day as a Teaching Assistant)
