Flourish Education are recruiting committed and passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our successful and expanding agency to work across Stafford. Whether you are looking for day to day, short term or long term work, we can help you!

Working as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for Flourish Education you will be expected to:

  • Deliver exciting lessons to match the school’s teaching and learning strategies
  • Work alongside support staff to ensure that the needs of all pupils are met
  • Provide feedback to pupils in line with the school’s policy
  • Communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents
  • Set clear expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom

We can offer you a variety of work in various schools, teaching across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), giving you valuable and a wide range of experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons that align with the school's teaching and learning strategies
  • Collaborate with support staff to meet all pupils’ needs
  • Provide feedback in line with school policy
  • Communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents
  • Set clear expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom

Qualifications:

  • Experience in teaching either EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Commitment to the role
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer/school placement

  • Competitive salary of up to £145 per day (up to £95 per day as a Teaching Assistant)
