Flourish Education in Stafford is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a one-form entry primary school from September 2026 to March 2027. This part-time HLTA role covers KS1 and KS2 across the broad primary curriculum, with no planning required.
You will lead whole-class sessions in the absence of the class teacher, support pupil engagement and progress, and adapt approaches to diverse needs. The role offers flexibility with 3 working days per week.
