Flourish Education are seeking a committed and skilled High‑Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a primary school in Smethwick on a full‑time basis from January. This role will be based predominantly in Key Stage 2, providing PPA cover across a range of KS2 classes, so strong experience working within KS2 is essential.
The position offers an excellent opportunity for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to broaden their classroom experience, as well as for experienced practitioners ready to take on a varied and rewarding role. As the HLTA, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality lessons during PPA time, as well as supporting interventions and catch‑up groups where required.
