Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary school in the Rugby area to join their support staff team on a long-term basis. We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join the school in September. This is a full-time, long-term position for the entire academic year, with working hours of 8:30 am–3:30 pm.
Our client is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across EYFS and KS1. The role involves providing tailored support to help pupils meet their individual learning, social, and emotional needs, enabling them to engage fully in the classroom and achieve their potential. Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:
- Experience working in schools in the UK

Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant, you will receive £92.59 day rate to £100 day rate, which equates to £18,049 per annum to £19,500 per annum, based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience. Holiday Pay – 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot. Pension Contributions. Free KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training, inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse. Refer a friend bonus scheme. Regular contact throughout the registration process and once you are at work.
This Teaching Assistant position is based in Rugby and is easily accessible from Coventry, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Dunchurch, and many areas of Birmingham by car, bus, or train. The school also offers on-site parking for staff.
