We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to join our team to work in various Primary Schools in Southam, Coventry, on a day-to-day supply basis. Working as a Supply Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education allows you to work where and when you want, giving you the flexibility to fit work around your lifestyle. You will be offered day-to-day supply work in Primary Schools across Stockton, Long Itchington, Ladbroke and Broadwell. Most schools have excellent transport links and on-site parking.

As a day-to-day Supply Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of pre-planned lessons
  • Working with individuals and small groups to support learning
  • Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting pupils with behaviour and emotional needs
  • Assisting with classroom organisation and activities

To Apply for this Teaching Assistant Role, You Will Need:

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
  • Experience working in a Primary School (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
  • Experience supporting children with learning and behaviour
  • A strong school reference from your most recent employer
  • A positive, flexible and reliable approach

  • Pay: £92.59 day rate to £100.00 day rate, which equates to £18,055.05 per annum to £19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience)
  • Holiday Pay – 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot

  • Free KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training, inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse

  • Regular contact throughout the registration process and once you are at work
