A welcoming and supportive First school in Bromsgrove is seeking a confident Year 2 Teacher to work part time within their Year 2 class, starting after Easter, until July working 2 days per week. This role is ideal for an experienced Year 2 Teacher who can confidently plan, and deliver high-quality lessons and maintain a positive, engaging learning environment.
As a Year 2 Teacher, you will focus on delivering high-quality teaching, supporting pupils' progress, and ensuring continuity of learning within the classroom. This role will be working alongside another Year 2 Teacher to collaboratively provide the best level of care for this class until the end of the academic year.
As a Year 2 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Taking full responsibility for a Year 2 class during the maternity cover.
- Assessing, tracking, and reporting pupil progress.

- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and senior leaders.
