  • Providing general nursery support throughout the school day
  • Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development
  • Supporting children with low-level SEN needs within the setting
  • Encouraging communication, independence, and positive behaviour
  • Supporting daily routines such as snack time, personal care, and outdoor learning
  • Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team
  • Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

To be successful in this Nursery Practitioner role, you will need:

  • A relevant Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years or Pre‑School setting
  • Experience supporting personal care needs
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • A good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A reliable and professional attitude

Working as a Nursery Practitioner for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:

  • Competitive Salary – £18,049 - £19,500 per annum (pro rata based on days worked)
