Flourish Education is seeking a part-time Nursery Assistant in Redditch to provide 1:1 support for a nursery child with autism and challenging behaviours in a supportive early years setting. This role focuses on helping the child access learning, develop social skills, and regulate behaviour, working with the class teacher and SENCO to implement effective routines.
The ideal candidate will hold an Early Years qualification, have SEN experience, and bring a calm, proactive attitude.
