About the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging and supporting talented education professionals throughout their recruitment journey.

Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants, you'll build strong relationships with candidates, maintain a healthy talent pipeline and help deliver the exceptional service that sets Flourish Education apart.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality education professionals through our CRM, job sites, and other recruitment channels.
  • Writing and managing engaging job adverts across a variety of platforms.
  • Screening, qualifying and matching candidates to suitable vacancies based on their skills, experience and career aspirations.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, managing them throughout the recruitment process and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Managing candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate CRM records and re-engaging existing candidates for new opportunities.
  • Supporting Recruitment Consultants by arranging candidate registrations and interviews, preparing candidate profiles and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
  • Working alongside our Compliance Team to complete safeguarding and pre-employment checks.
  • Providing first-class customer service by responding promptly to candidate enquiries and identifying opportunities to support the wider business.

About You

Previous recruitment experience isn't essential; we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

Our office is based in Northfield, with excellent transport links, making us easily commutable from Kings Norton, Cotteridge, Stirchley, Selly Oak, Bartley Green, Longbridge, Quinton, Bromsgrove and Redditch.
