Flourish Education Ltd is assisting a welcoming Primary School in Oldbury to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant for their Reception class on a long‑term basis from September to February 2027.

The role is full‑time and focuses on supporting early learning for children in a nurturing environment.

You will work closely with the class teacher to provide classroom support, helping pupils access learning and develop essential skills.

Prior EYFS/primary experience and ASD knowledge are valued.
