Flourish Education are recruiting a flexible and hardworking Primary Supply Teacher to join our team, to work in a variety of Primary schools on a day-to-day supply basis in and around Coventry and Warwickshire. As a Primary Supply Teacher, working with Flourish will give you the opportunity to work the days that you want and at schools you want to work in. Working at Flourish will give you great flexibility and a better work/life balance. You will, however, be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons effectively and mark students’ work in line with each school’s policy. You will have high expectations of the student’s behaviour, work alongside the class Teaching Assistant and create a positive learning environment.
