Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for a part-time PPA Teacher opportunity? Flourish Education are working with a primary school located in Rubery Rednal, Birmingham that want to appoint a teacher 3 days a week to cover PPA. This role is starting immediately and continuing until the end of the academic year.
As a PPA Teacher, you will be based across Key Stage 2 classes and will not be expected to plan lessons, but you will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons effectively and mark students’ work in line with each school’s policy. Responsibilities- Delivering pre-planned lessons

- Maintaining high expectations of the student's behaviour, working alongside the class Teaching Assistant and creating a positive learning environment

- Experience teaching in a UK Primary School
- Proven track record of effective behaviour management and classroom discipline
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and group needs
- £130.00 – £170.00 per day (equivalent to £25,350 - £33,150 per annum based on a full school year)
- Holiday Pay – PAYE candidates accrue 12.07% of their daily rate
