Flourish Education is recruiting for a Year 4 Teacher to join a Primary School in Nuneaton from September. This position is a full‑time Year 4 Class Teacher role that is expected to continue until April 2027. The school is seeking a confident Primary Teacher who can plan, deliver and mark engaging lessons that meet the expectations of the National Curriculum. This role is ideal for an experienced Primary Teacher with excellent behaviour management and a good understanding of Key Stage 2.

Working as a Primary Teacher you will:

  • Take on full class teacher responsibilities including planning, preparation, marking and assessment
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Support pupils in developing both academically and socially
  • Work collaboratively with the KS2 team and wider school staff
  • Track pupil progress and contribute to school assessment systems

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience as a Primary Teacher or KS1 Class Teacher
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Confident teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2) and understanding of Key Stage 1 (KS1) transitions
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • £168.80 day rate to £232.57 day rate which equates to £32,916 per annum to £45,351 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
