Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting for a HLTA to join a partnership Primary School in Coventry. This full-time role is starting ASAP and is continuing until the end of the academic year. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work across the primary age range. Responsibilities- Delivering lessons set out by the class teacher
- Providing classroom support
- Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development within EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to provide tailored support for students
- Upholding the school's values and contributing to its positive ethos
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification (Level 4 or higher)
- Experience working in a primary school setting within Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Commitment to ensuring a high standard of education and student development
- Previous UK school experience is essential
- £100 - £120 per day (£19,500 - £23,400 per annum based on full-time work)
- Holiday Pay – 12.07% of your daily rate is accrued into your holiday pot

- Free KCSIE-compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training, including modules on legislation, FGM, and abuse

This position is located in Coventry and is easily commutable from areas such as Walsgrave, Wyken, Ash Green and Bedworth, by car, bus, and train. The Primary school also has an onsite car park.
