Are you an enthusiastic MFL Teacher passionate about inspiring a love of languages in young people? Flourish Education is recruiting an experienced or Early Career MFL Teacher for a full-time role in Malvern, Worcestershire, starting ASAP, May half term or September. This MFL Teacher opportunity offers the chance to work in a supportive and inclusive secondary school environment where every MFL Teacher is encouraged to help students achieve their full potential. Job Role

  • Deliver engaging MFL Teacher lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Plan and deliver high-quality language lessons as an MFL Teacher in line with curriculum requirements
  • Teach French, Spanish or other modern foreign languages depending on specialism
  • Support students of all abilities to develop confidence and fluency in languages
  • Maintain strong behaviour management and create a positive learning environment as an MFL Teacher
  • Assess, track and report on pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and school improvement
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community as an MFL Teacher

Required Skills and Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent secondary teaching experience as an MFL Teacher
  • Strong subject knowledge in Modern Foreign Languages
  • Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 languages
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage learners as an MFL Teacher
  • Passion for education and improving student outcomes

Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including: £150 to £240 day rate, which equates to £29,250 to £46,800 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (pro rata for part-time), Holiday Pay – 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot if you opt in, Pension Contributions, Free KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training, Refer a Friend bonus scheme, Regular contact throughout your registration and while you are working.

This MFL Teacher position is based in Malvern, Worcestershire and is easily commutable from Worcester, Ledbury, Upton‑upon‑Severn and surrounding areas. The school benefits from good transport links across the Worcestershire region.
