Flourish Education are currently recruiting Maths Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants, Maths Intervention Tutors and Cover Supervisors within secondary schools across Solihull and the surrounding areas. Flourish Education are looking for enthusiastic Maths Graduates to support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. You could be working with individuals or small groups, supporting pupils who need additional help with Mathematics, delivering GCSE revision sessions or helping pupils develop greater confidence in the subject.

The role offers part-time, flexible and longer-term opportunities, making it particularly suitable for graduates who want to gain school experience without necessarily committing to a full-time position. There may also be opportunities to work as a Cover Supervisor, giving you the chance to experience different aspects of secondary education and develop your classroom management and communication skills.

Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant, you will receive:

  • £92.59 to £100 day rate, which equates to approximately £17,340 to £19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

The role is easily commutable from Solihull, Shirley, Knowle, Dorridge, Bentley Heath, Olton, Elmdon, Lyndon, Castle Bromwich, Marston Green and surrounding areas. Depending on the location of the school, opportunities may also be accessible from nearby parts of Birmingham and Warwickshire.
