SEND Teacher in Malvern

Flourish Education are recruiting for a SEN Teacher to join a specialist educational setting in Pershore, starting in September 2026 and continuing until the Christmas holidays.

The setting supports pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties and communication needs. You will deliver tailored lessons and work alongside specialist staff to ensure pupils receive appropriate academic and pastoral support.

Job Role:

• Deliver lessons tailored to individual pupil needs

• Support pupils with ASD, ADHD and SEMH

• Adapt resources and teaching strategies

• Monitor and assess pupil progress

• Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour

• Work closely with specialist support staff

• Contribute to EHCP outcomes and individual plans

• Promote independence and engagement

Required Skills and Experience:

• QTS is essential

• Previous teaching experience

• Experience working with pupils with SEN

• Knowledge of ASD, ADHD and SEMH

• Experience supporting challenging behaviour is desirable

• Strong classroom management

• Ability to adapt teaching effectively

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Pay from £174.71 to £240.70 per day, equivalent to £34,068 to £46,937 based on working five days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience (M1–M6)
