Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 2 teaching position? Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 3 class in a one-form entry Primary School based in Lichfield. Our client is looking to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work on a part-time, long-term basis starting ASAP until July 2026, covering the remainder of the academic year.
You will be expected, but not limited, to:
- Plan, assess, and mark pupils’ work in line with the school’s policy
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons
- Work alongside the Teaching Assistant
ECTs are encouraged to apply, as well as experienced teachers. Our client has the capacity to support your ECT years. Your working days will be Wednesday to Friday, 8:15am – 4:30pm.
Required skills and experience for this Primary Teacher role:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Confidence in leading a classroom of children
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- The ability to work effectively with a Teaching Assistant
Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education, you will receive excellent benefits including:
