Flourish Education is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in Lichfield from September 2026 to December 2026.
The HLTA will cover across KS1 and KS2 with no planning required, delivering pre-prepared lessons and supervising classes in the absence of the teacher.
The ideal candidate will have HLTA status or similar experience, strong behaviour management, and the ability to adapt across year groups.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 4:30pm.
